Meet Nina “Nikki” Sperling, Esq. as your professional mediator:

Trained Family and Civil Court Mediator

Nikki graduated from The Charleston School of Law in May of 2018, where she received the elite “William Bennett Regan Award for Outstanding Leadership and Commitment to Public Service.”

Nikki grew up in rural East Tennessee where she always found a way to find the “positives” in every situation.

Her first retail job led to a career in middle management for a fortune 50 corporation which she enjoyed for over 20 years.  Of all the highlights and accolades within her career, she determined that assisting diverse individuals to find a common ground of mutual respect and fairness for all involved was where she thrived.

She received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology in 2015 and it was at this point, she decided dispute resolution is where her best abilities lie.

In 2016 she decided to go to law school so that she can utilize these strengths and better understand how to assist the legal system through meaningful resolutions.

Fairness has always been the cornerstone of what she believes she is able to assist others to discover and move on in their lives.
